"This little cabin is a perfect compromise between primitive tent camping and cabins that cost a fortune. A few steps above a primitive cabin with a mini fridge, microwave, heat, and air. Also well equipped with outlets for charging gadgets. WiFi worked well. My son woke up with bites all over his back which I hope to goodness isn’t bedbugs. The mattresses are plastic so maybe they are just mosquito bites??? Idk. No one else got anything so who knows? The cabin appeared super clean upon arrival...

"We had a lovely time at the campground. The hayride was so much fun. I do wish the cabins had bathrooms in them. Also, they are a little close together. But we survived and cooking over the fire was fun. We were left alone and no one bothered us the entire time which is what we wanted. Heat and air conditioning in the cabin worked well. We needed both."

Loved the intentional touches to help us appreciate the history, while still being nicely updated and comfy. Nicely tucked in the woods, but still close (about 15min) drive to Nashville shopping and Brown Co state Park. Enjoyed making a fire and reading (many great books provided to flip through) in the chairs, and the hot tub surrounded by woods gives nice privacy. The place was...
