This property Is nasty. From dirty floors to dirty walls. There are insect traps throughout the building and hallways. Our room smelled like cigarettes. We left. We couldn’t stay there.

Upon checking in the front desk associate was very busy on her phone ordering food all while checking me in. Beds are very uncomfortable, had to have someone come up to show us how the shower worked. Mini fridge was dirty, the next morning check out was a lot better, the lady was very nice. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was surprisingly clean. Very convenient to basketball and football venues. The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself is a little outdated but we will most definitely be staying here again!

This property is being upgraded from a Best Western, so it is not yet up to QI standards. That being said, the staff is exceptional, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is very easy and convenient.
