"Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay."

"Studio conforme aux photos avec coin cuisine (frigo/plaques/ four..) et coin chambre, agréable. Ménage très moyen, un grand effort à faire là dessus. Studio en RDC avec fenêtre sur un rond point très passant (important de savoir avant de réserver). Difficile de joindre le propriétaire, nous n'avons pas eu d'internet toute la semaine. Situé dans le vieux St Brieuc avec snack, restau et commerces à 3 minutes à pieds."

"The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The grounds were well kept and very quiet and relaxing. Not far from the beach or town. While communication with the owner was excellent, we found, however, that communication with the concierge was at times difficult."
