It is brand new, in a residence-châlet of standing, l'Orion, located in the beautiful Haute-Savoie village of Morillon, close to various shops, restaurants.
> All the household linen (towels, bed and kitchen linen) can be rented (bed linen 15 € P.P./week - towels 10 € P.P./week)
> Final cleaning is not included in the price. (It is imperative that you return the apartment in the impeccable condition in which you received it).
You can also call on our concierge partner to carry out the 'NORMAL' final cleaning - cost 125 euros. Possibility to order the shuttle to and from Geneva airport or Cluse train station on request to the owner. Cost of this service : to be seen on the spot . It is also possible to have your meals delivered during your stay, your New Year's Eve meals, to order a cook on the spot, to have your groceries delivered, etc.... (Conditions to be seen with the owner). Winter and summer alike, you can take the gondolas (located just 150 metres from the duplex) which will take you directly to our beautiful mountain pastures . Free ski bus to, near the building in winter. 465 km of walking trails in a breathtakingly beautiful nature. Many activities are possible: the blue lake with its beach and supervised swimming area in summer for young and old, tennis, horse riding, all snow sports in winter (ski bus stop near the duplex), paragliding, mountain biking, dog sledding, horse-drawn carriage rides in winter, skating rink, swimming pool in Samoëns, ....

As a family of 6 with 4 small children this turned out to be an ideal apartment. It is incredibly well stocked, better than anywhere else we have rented. The owner and local rep are both fast to respond to any queries. We didn't need them for anything but great to know help is at hand with any issues. The apartment is as described, new, in excellent condition. Smaller bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and very large room upstairs. Apartment is up some stairs but there was a convenient spot for our pram at the bottom. Ski lift is a couple of hundred meters away and there is a butcher, bakery and small supermarket all within easy walking distance. The village has a nice market on Thursdays and though quiet there are a few restaurants and bars. The lift takes you up to 1100 in a few minutes and though it was New Year week we didn't have any queues to worry about. From 1100 it's easy to get a chair lift up to a big ski area and take numerous runs, very good for kids and beginners. We had a great time!
