"It was a terrible stay. This hotel is fooling people. I used my most expensive reward nigh for this and it turned out to be a worst hotel I ever stayed. There were no other guest (no wonder!). staff was limited, in fact only manager and one other person was there. The deck on the river front was missing. The river is little away than they showed us in the pictures. We felt insecure in the hotel. They call it a resort but don't think its a resort. In the evening they didn't even turned ON the...

"Great property, excellent service. Our Deluxe room looking out over the bay was very comfortable. Dining was exceptional with many different options available and the selection was different on every day of our short stay. Would have liked to have been able to have access to sun loungers on the beach but think this may be impractical with the tourist boats picking up guests from the sands during the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
