"This is our third time staying at hotel Athanor. Always as a stop over on a trip to the South or south west of France. Beaune is our favourite place to stop over and Hotel Athanor is perfectly located on the edge of the centre, close to several good restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and it is very good value for money."

"We had an overall pleasant stay. The staff were especially friendly and attentive during breakfast and dinner—always welcoming with a smile, which really made a difference. The food was surprisingly good for a hotel of this category, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The location is also a big plus, very close to TGV train station—convenient to everything we needed and easy to get around. Given the amenities and service, the price was very reasonable. A couple of drawbacks to note: our room DID NOT HAVE A SMALL REFRIGERATOR, which would have been useful, and there was NO room view to speak of, which made the space feel a bit closed in. The room #202 looked over a roof top. Still, for the value and service, we’d consider staying again. "
