"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. The hotel staff were always available, addressing any needs with professionalism and a personal touch. Their exceptional service made me feel right at home. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers.
