"Rooms are clean and in good condition, I think the best part is the location. That’s what is worth the stay. The pool was pretty dirty with bugs and debris, the hot tub had to be cleaned from someone having spilled something (not the hotels fault) but could have used some maintenance regardless. Overall a really good place. Would def stay again. "

The views out the window and from various sitting areas spread around the small property were amazing. A great value for the money. And we liked this area of town as opposed to the very busy sections closer to the swanky parts of Sedona. "

"We didn't realize the units were individually owned. Ours was in need of some updates. But it was sufficient. We thought there were two bathrooms. But only one, in the master bedroom. It could be inconvenient for families. But the location was incredible. The restaurant was very good as well! Staff was super friendly. "
