"Schönes und zentral gelegenes Studio. Nachts vielleicht nicht ganz still und ruhig, für diejenigen, die keinen tiefen Schlaf haben (aber auch nicht furchtbar laut). Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man erwarten darf. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohlgefühlt !"

"Eine schöne neue Unterkunft. Jedoch wurde bei der Ausstattung gespart. Dinge wie Kleiderhaken, Garderobe, Geschirrspüllmittel sowie ein Geschirrhandtuch und Handseife haben leider gefehlt. Das Wlan hat so gut wie garnicht funktioniert. Weiterhin sollte die Einfahrt dringend erneuert werden. Diese ist sehr eng, steil und teilweise sandig. Mit einem normalen PKW setzt man dort auf! Leider hört man auch jeden Schritt sowohl von den oberen als auch von den unteren Wohnungen. Die Unterkunft hat...

"Fantastic stay in this apartment, 15 minutes walk from the main station and a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants in Genoa. The harbour feels like a neighbourhood with a few shops and restaurants by still quiet at night. Unfortunately check in info wasn't provided until the morning of the stay, and there were just a couple of sachets of soap in the bathroom. But the kitchen had everything we needed, would definitely recommend and choose stay again."

The property is within walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. I definitely recommend this property to those looking for a less touristy destination in italy. You get the whole italian experience at a great price and a great location. If I ever return to this region I won’t hesitate to book here again."

"Es war sehr sauber und es fehlte auch nichts in der Küche. Das gute war, dass die Wohnung direkt am Hafen ist und ziemlich in Zentrum Nähe. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert. Ich bedanke mich dafür."

"Property was not set up and ready for guests (i.e. no power, no internet connections, no hot water n water leaks from the fridge). "

"The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

"The apartment can be reached at the top with 61 steps- very tiring. no air conditioning - only fans The shower is very narrow and small - not suitable for fat or tall adults. The location is great but secure parking is 20 minutes away on foot for 15€/day. Our stay was good - the landlady was very helpful and friendly - fast, uncomplicated communication "
