"We stayed here out of season, early April Firstly the staff, as always in Morocco are so friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything. The location of the apartments are idyllic, the scenery of the mountains and neighbouring Chefchaouen is stunning. However we were not entirely happy with our stay as we were given a room with no working air con, when we asked for some heaters we were given 1 broken one. It was extremely cold in the night. "He tried to cancel us 2 hours before check in. He said that is because he works with multiple platforms at the same time and had overbooking. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."
