"Great place, far from the world, with a great view on Mount Omu. Spa and pool are great as well (even if we shared them with a family with awful kids...). Cocktail with a view, great dinner with a view, and amazing breakfast with a view. The only thing was that we booked for 3 with our 6-year-old daughter who had no bed because considered as "sleeping with parents in a king size bed". We should have booked an extra-bed... which was not mentionned neither by Hotels.com nor the hotel. the hotel...

"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "I stayed here only 2 nights. the place itself is beautiful overlooking the mountain . Place was clean and vey comfortable. breakfast is very good and so is dinner. Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside. Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know. If you want to stay an extra day and pay they will not accommodate. They open pool at 11:00a when people...
