"I recently spent five days at SORANO HOTEL, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out. The team delivered a warm, attentive welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. Throughout my stay, the staff remained exceptionally professional, accommodating, and detail-oriented. The accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, with bedding that was remarkably comfortable and made for a truly restful stay. Beyond the room, the hotel’s amenities and wellness facilities are top-tier. Breakfast each morning was excellent, offering high-quality selections that were consistently fresh and well-prepared. Every detail of the property reflects thoughtful design and genuine care for the guest experience. SORANO HOTEL delivers a seamless, high-caliber experience that I cannot recommend highly enough. "Lovely hotel, lobby, room and roof spa. Japanese breakfast buffet was sensational. But the TV isn’t good for non-Japanese speakers. The HDMI have been disabled, There are no English channels and there is no way to cast/airdrop your device to their tv. These days in a modern hotel, it should be a standard feature."

"The rooms was good. Bathroom was good also. Overall the room was good for business travelers and single travelers. Only thing I did not like was the elevator. Sometimes with foot traffic it takes an eternity for the elevator to move up and down."

"Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed."
