Trade winds on the Bay exceeded my expectations. Room was modern,clean and a great value for the money. Located right on the main st in Rockland so everything is a short walk away. I would stay there again.

The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer.
