"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"

"Kept asking for clean towels & sheets. Ignored. After 4 days truth wss revealed. Short staffed in Housekeeping. On day 5 we finally were listed for a room refresh! If I have to reuse my towels & bedding & take out my own trash, I might as well use my motor home instead. Everyone said " Ill tell Housekeeping!" With zero results. Disgusting. Husbands bedsheet had an old blood stain too."
