"We were in a great part of town with tons of stuff to do around us, very quiet area with a bunch of really nice people around. The artwork on the walls was really cool and I could get lost in it for hours. Overall a very enjoyable stay and definitely will be back again!"

"I liked that the hotel was walkable to Union Station, see a ballgame, catch a train, shopping, restaurants and enjoyed the gym inside. The property was very clean and safe. The only thing I did not like about our stay was that the unit did not have a regular coffee pot. It had a pot for hot water to make instant coffee which was ok. "

"Great location right near Union Station for an easy ride to and from the airport. Also very walkable to Commons Park and 16th St Mall for dining and activities. The room was more like a studio apartment. It was clean and very comfortable. The amenities had some special touches...I particularly enjoyed the cool, citrus scented towelette after some time on the pool deck! Would definitely stay again!"

Clean Slate

"Great experience. From check-in to departure, I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable and very modern. The ‘school’ tropes are a little overplayed but cheeky enough to be charming. I really enjoyed the open lobby/restaurant and bar area…the gym in the basement is well appointed and clean. There’s plenty of public parking nearby…the cheapest lot is immediately south of the building at $15 a night, very affordable. I would definitely recommend the Slate and plan to stay again, next time I’m in Denver. "
