"This is a great little cabin with everything you would need. It's also good for kids with the amenities, sand, and the shallow water. It just deep enough off the dock to get a boat in and out, but you can also out a hundred yards or so with good sand and very little weeds. We spent a lot of time in the heat just sitting out in the water in the shallows out past the dock. Parking is a little tight so you need to plan ahead or get creative, but it worked out for us with two cars and a boat trailer...
