"The heat didn't work! Property manager offered up a couple of space heaters, completely inadequate. There were mice everywhere, even eating our groceries on the counter in the kitchen while we were present. The house is filthy and smells awful. The neighborhood is a little scary, junky, unwelcoming, and the road is steep and muddy. The only good thing I can say is that my money was refunded quickly."

"My husband, MIL, 2 dogs & I enjoyed our time thoroughly. This home is the perfect location to be in the mountains & close to so many places! We caught 2 shows at Red Rocks, visited many towns/ mountains/ bodies of water in the area.We walked the private trails daily with our dogs. The creek below & platform at the top were majestic night & day.Played some of the games when it rained, used the well stocked kitchen to make meals.Everything was great! Comfy beds/ linens."
