"The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room.
