"Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around. Easy walking distance to a great donut shop and the historic downtown. Don Peppe was one of the best Mexican Restaurants any of us have ever eaten at just 5 minutes from the house. The Singing...

"The house and surrounding areas were perfect for boating, fishing, and snorkeling. The property was very clean and full of great amenities. The dock was perfect for a sizeable boat and the kyaks were a great addition. The location of the canal outlet onto the main river was very convenient and is about halfway between the Gulf and the springs upriver. We will definitely be booking this property again."

"This fantastical residence is the perfect place for a true relaxing vacation. The home is exceptionally clean with a great cooks kitchen. Wifi was excellent. The true magic of this property is the large screened back patio overlooking the multi level docks on the river. Fishing was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is a short 10-15 minute drive. This property has now become our go to choice for future stays in the area. 5 stars."

"We were looking for a place for the family to stay while in town for our daughters college graduation. The size and location allowed us to easily get to the college and not have to worry about where the family would stay. If traveling with a medium to large group, I'd recommend this house."

"We wanted to get away from the business of the city and relax and this house gave us exactly that! It and the pool were wonderful and the location made it easy to get to the river, springs, kayaking, etc. Host was excellent on communication throughout!"

"Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

"Had a wonderful three night stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Loved just relaxing on the dock, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, and swaying on the hammock. Heated spa pool was wonderful, and great pizza just down the road. Hosts made check-in a breeze and every guest detail was given forethought and taken care of. Would stay again and our kids are thinking of doing the same with their friends. Perfect."

"Very close to the springs. My kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out at the bonfire. Consider bringing a truck or suv. Spring is around the corner but heavy to transport. The bungalow was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many activities within 25 min. Drive. Elephant sanctuary, rainbow springs, devils den. We would go back"

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament taking place at WEC. Loved how close it was to the place , we could go back and forth in between games. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very prompt from beginning to end, checking in and out was effortless. "I like the quiet of the place that you can be in contact whit the nature and heart the crickets at night what i didn't like was the outdoor shower im ok with outdoor showers but i think it needs a little work to have better conditions "
