I loved the large panels in the shower/tub vs. all the grout that gets gross. The dresser and nightstand in our room was showing a lot of wear. The parking was a bit of a challenge during our stay at least.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean. Lock on screen did not work as the door did not sit right and since there’s no Ac you must leave the sliding glass door open. But due to no lock on door, my partner got a bug bit. Spacious.

Very friendly evening and morning staff. Easy late check in with texted code for key lock. Clean room with fireplace and balcony seating. Remodel bathroom but very tight door space by toilet. Free very limited parking space. Complimentary good coffee, tea, orange/apple fruits & juice, plus hot breakfast croissants sandwiches. Due to our tight schedule we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub (hopefully next time).

The room was clean, nice bed and shower. It is about 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and shopping area. The breakfast was also nice! I wished they have a paper cup for coffee to go. The room has no AC I think so it might be hot in summer but we used the fan. Everything was nice!

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. They were these croissant sandwiches. It was about a seven minute walk to the beach/pier and there was a decent size hot tub that you could sort of swimming. I will be staying here again if I’m ever in the area.

Better room Better value Didn’t have quite the views from windows but far more comfortable Location is good as it close enough without having noise issues Big thanks to lovely Madison on reception oh so helpful Breakfast very average but having a laundry made up for it

The room and the property were clean. There were sparse amenities, No AC and no apparent heating for cold weather. The room was large but the furniture was old and rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was minimal as in most hotels with free breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was expensive for what this hotel offered.

We booked this hotel since it was reasonably close to the Embarcadero and had a jacuzzi hot tub, plus breakfast included. The large Roman style jacuzzi was amazing. Staff were friendly and overall helpful. The breakfast food disappeared quickly, but was then replenished. Note, while the weather in the area is general cool, our room did not have AC. We were provided with two fans, but the ceiling fan did not work. When reported, the front desk didn't seem concerned, just said "it should work". But there was no way to turn it on. Also note, this location was not very walkable unless you like lots of hills. But, it's just a few minute drive to sites and services. I would consider staying again.
