"The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche."

It was very warm the week we were there so we were very happy with the airconditioners (2 bedrooms and dining room). The swimming pool was great for the children because they could stay in it (approximately 1.35 deep). The house is on the first floor. "Unsere Woche war von Anfang bis zum Ende ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Eigentümer, Roberto, hat uns selbst begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Lage und und der Zustand des Hauses ist einfach toll. Es gab die Woche zwei Kleinigkeiten zu beheben, die in in Windeseile von Roberto selbst erledigt wurden. Einmal hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und ein anderes Mal konnte das Tor an der Einfahrt nicht geöffnet werden. Da wir dadurch nicht zum Bäcker fahren konnten hat Roberto uns entsprechend versorgt. "Wir waren im September in dem Haus. Insgesamt war es ein guter Aufenthalt mit einem angemessenen Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Nachfolgend noch ein paar Punkte, welche uns aufgefallen sind bzw.
