Overall, my stay was just okay. I’ve stayed at better hotels, and while there were a few positive experiences, there were also several issues that made me decide I wouldn’t stay here again. The first issue was cleanliness. The towels in my bathroom were dirty when I arrived, and one of them had what appeared to be makeup on it. That was disappointing and not what I expect from a hotel. My biggest frustration was the guest policy. I asked the front desk if I could have a guest visit my room, and I was told there would be a $100 fee. Then I asked if my brother, who was staying at another hotel, would also have to pay that fee just to visit. The answer kept changing between “yes” and “no.” I even asked if my brother were from Colombia instead of visiting from another country, and again I received inconsistent answers. The policy was confusing, and the staff couldn’t give me a clear explanation. The staff experience was mixed. Some employees were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while others came across as rude and uninterested in assisting guests. Overall, my stay wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t memorable in a positive way. For the price and the experience I had, I don’t plan on returning.

Welcoming staff, super helpful orienting to the room, the local area, hotel services, excellent and welcoming. At night, the rain was intense, the design of the room allows outside air througj open vents where the air flows upward, therefore; rain cannot enter the room, but the impact on the metal vents made quite a lot of noise and I did not find a way to dampen the noise. If you have kids or mind that type of noise, ask the staff beforehand how to dampen the noise.

Not worth the price at all. Refused to work with me on rebooking 3 nights to a later date after telling me they would accommodate. Basically took $1500 from me. Never going back to this place again and don't recommend. Better options in Medellin.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.
