"Horrible experience. Reached around 6pm. No one present at the property. Could not enter. Need to speak a guest who helped to do stuff online check in. had 2 rooms, none have toilet, dirty, next to main road, too noisy, could not sleep, no cooling arrangement, too hot. Next morning met staff, very unfriendly, for example a big black dog freely came into restaurant while have breakfast, asked owner to lead and he said "it is his dog and it is his property so he would not". "Though the hotel room is small in size, it has every thing. The breakfast was excellent. First time, we reached to the hotel by walking. It takes 10-8 min from the Luzern Station. Hotel provides a free bus card for the more convenience. Bus Stop is across from the hotel. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and some other restaurants. There is pizza/pasta and bar close to the hotel (across from the gas station) which opens until 11:00 pm. I like the hotel"
