"Check in was easy. Take the elevator to the 6th floor & you will be in the lobby. This goes for if you enter in the parking garage or from an Uber/taxi. Breakfast was very good and many options. Great bar , a there was a really nice terrace to eat on or have drinks. Staff was so nice & helpful there was a very large grocery store in the mall area which had lots of premade food & you could grab water & drinks for the room. Would definitely stay again. Location is great, you can easily get into Basel."

"While it took me a moment to find the entrance (Google maps sends you the back way) it turns out the hotel is quite easy to find and is near local transit. It is a charming older hotel with nice rooms and great helpful staff."

"The location, staff, service & entire hotel was fabulous! The ONLY problem is their a/c isn’t really a/c . Your room will not get as cold as you like. They control it through their “ new environmental air conditioner “ . Summer would be terrible here. "
