"Struttura pulita e ben tenuta anche se un po' datata. Ristorazione e servizi da migliorare. Scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata "

Le stanze e gli ambienti comuni sono sempre pulitissimi, la cucina è davvero ottima e lo staff straordinario: disponibile, sorridente ed estremamente efficiente. "Stunning views of the beach, the ocean, and the surrounding hills. The restaurant was very good, the pool was lovely, and the staff were helpful. The room had a beautiful terrace with a fabulous view. However, the room itself was small but comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and crowded, with a very small shower stall. Everything is on a slope so if you have mobility issues it’s not easy. They do offer a free shuttle down to the beach. The room was very basic for the price. The location, though,...

"Hotelli aivan mahtavalla paikalla. Mutta, mäen kiipeäminen on rankka jokseenkin uuvuttava matkan jälkeen. Ehdotus, hotelli voisi järjestää pientä maksua vastaan oman kuljetuksen aamuin illoin satamaan ja toinen kuljetus toiselle puolelle. Tämä saattaisi lisätä matkailijoita. Hotelli oli siisti mutta todella vanhanaikainen ja kaipaa ehdottomasti kohennusta tai uutta konseptia. Hirveää tuhlausta jos noin hieno paikka jää käyttämättä."
