"The Palmer house is a beautiful hotel that is located conveniently in downtown Chicago. It is in walking distance to many attractions. The inside of the hotel has old world charm. From the moment my family and I walked through the door, the staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. They kept my room pristine, got rides for me and made great reccomendations for eating. The next time I go to Chicago, I will stay there again."

"This was one of my favorite stays in Chicago. The rooms are clean, they have a coffee shop and full bar available and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The pool was okay. I would’ve wished for it to be outdoors but my little one loved it no matter what. Breakfast, great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more."
