Located below one of Morzine’s ‘home run’ pistes to the Pleney cable car, our ever-popular 2 bedroom apartment is almost ski in / ski out (snow conditions and ski ability permitting).

The apartment is private and self-contained. It accommodates four people comfortably (or five using the sofa bed). Guests have use of the stunning outdoor hot tub (shared with the main chalet).

The ski lifts and centre of Morzine are a 10 minute walk. The bus stop for Les Prodains is 3 minutes by foot.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful, sought-after residential area, with picture-postcard views towards Avoriaz and the surrounding mountains.

The cosy and immaculate interior consists of an open plan lounge-dining room (with sofa bed) and fully equipped small kitchen.

There are two comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with shower.

There is a ski/bike store with heated boot warmers and private parking.
