Centrally located 2 bedroom apartment with stunning south facing views
This immaculate 2 bedroom apartment is now available for summer and winter rental. The well laid out apartment is ideally located in the central Encoches area. This area of Morzine is regarded as one of the most desirable locations because of the easy access to town, to the ski slopes and to all the amenities whilst at the same time offering the tranquility of the south facing sunny slopes with the fabulous views of the town and down the valley. The ski bus stops 2 minutes from the apartment and takes you to either the Morzine or Avoriaz ski lifts. A short walk across the footbridge takes you to the Pleney and the Super-Morzine lifts and also allows easy access in to the town for your evening entertainment. The apartment provides two double bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. The well equipped kitchen incorporates a dining area and adjoins the open plan lounge area with its comfortable L-shaped sofa. Doors from the lounge area open on to the large wrap around south facing balcony which provides stunning views of the valley and the Pleney slopes and offers the perfect setting for an apres-ski drink as you watch the sun go down. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and Bose sound system in the lounge area. Good WIFI is available. The apartment is rented with hotel quality bed linen and towels. There is a personal ski locker for ski storage. Private parking is available outside the apartment. A second secure parking space is available on top of the garage which is located next to the chalet below. FOR SUMMER GUESTS I am a Portes du Soleil Multi Pass partner and accommodation provider. This gives guests in my apartment access to more than 60 activities in the area on an unlimited basis for just 2.5 euros per day representing a significant saving. I recommend Intersport Super Morzine for all your cycling gear. The shop is right next to the Super Morzine lift. As a guest in my apartment, you are entitled to store your bike here free of charge instead of paying the usual 5 euros per day. FOR WINTER GUESTS I am pleased to recommend the Intersport SuperMorzine shop as a very good, convenient place to hire and store your ski gear. The shop is right next to the SuperMorzine lift. As a guest in my apartment, you will be entitled to a 20% discount. The storage in the basement is excellent and you can store your own gear there as well as rental gear. After a hard day’s skiing, it is a relief to dump your stuff there and then walk up to the apartment unencumbered! I used it a base for cycling . Owner very accomodating for bike storage and climbs from Morzine are great.
The apartment is only a short walk across the footbridge and has great views with sunlit balcony in afternoon and evening.

Nice apartment, two double bedrooms although one was very small. Handy for town centre with short uphill walk back after crossing the bridge. Multi card partner was a great bonus. Morzine is especially good for mountain bikers, not so good for hikers although we enjoyed our holiday

The apartment is great, good size, plenty of storage and hooks for ski gear, and a lovely aspect giving loads of light until sunset on the big balcony. Quiet part of town away from the main bars so no disturbance at night.Short but steep 5-10 min walk down to town. We hired skis at Gravier near the Pleney lift which had great service and was ideal for storing kit for the mornings that we started on that side, but since we started more of our days by going up the Super Morzine, we wished we’d followed Philip’s advice to hire and store at Intersport.Kitchen had everything we needed and apartment was beautifully warm with the underfloor heating.Communication from Philip was very clear and he was always very quick to respond - we would easily recommend the apartment.

After a great trip last year we decided to visit again and this year was also great. The chalet has everything we need and has a great location, not to mention the wonderful views. The host was very good at communicating everything we needed to know and the accommodation was clean and welcoming when we arrived, when we were able to get in with no problem. Highly recommended.

The appartment is perfect for a skitrip. It is clean, comfortable and warm. The appartment is a short walk from the Super Morzine skilift and the village. An extra bonus is the view on downtown Morzine and the spacious balconny where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. Philip is a very responsive and helpfull host!

This is a superb apartment with panoramic views over the Dranse Valley towards the mountains.

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment in Morzine! The apartment is very well appointed with everything we needed and more. The apartment is close to the ski lifts as well as shops and restaurants in town, and a perfect place to base from to explore the Portes du Soleil area. The host was very helpful and communicative and provided good insight and recommendations into activities in town. We plan to return.

The chalet is in a perfect position overlooking the mountains and the pretty town of morzine. It was warm, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The village is just a short walk over the footbridge.. which is also right beside the super morzine lift. It was perfectly placed! As a swimmer I even had easy access to the great swimming complex! This is a great base for a winter or summer break and the apartment couldn’t have been more perfect for us, Thankyou Philip

Accessing the property was clear and simple after a lengthy drive. Easy to park outside and unload luggage. The view was AMAZING from the balcony and, because the weather was good, we spent a lot of time out there. Easy to ventilate and keep cool during the day. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering and enough of the essentials that you don’t want to buy for a single week.
Philip was really helpful throughout, reassuring us before the stay and helping once there. Also, the agency which manages the apartment was very helpful, answering a call immediately and sending someone round, even though it was just my error. We would definitely stay again.

There was plenty of space for us and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment is not huge but served its purpose and the view from the balcony is something we're definitely going to miss. However, we thought that those coming in winter may struggle a bit more with storage, with all those bulky coats, boots and the like.
