This truly is an excellent residence located in the centre of the Morzine. On the top 2 floors of this residence above Credit Agricole with great views of the centre and surrounding mountains. The apartment is arranged as follows:

1st floor:
Entry hallway with storage, toilet, open plan living, sitting and kitchen area with modern fitted kitchen, balcony off the living area, bedroom 1 with one double bed, access to balcony
2nd floor:
Bedroom 2: one double bed + one trundle bed, access to the balcony
