This newly built apartment is located in "La Falaise area" on the 3rd floor of residence : Le Saskia 3
It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the apartment.

This apartment is composed :
- Entrance with sitting area and closet to store your equipment
- Fully equiped kitchen open on the large living room
- Dining table and sofa
- Access to the balcony South-East facing

Night area with :
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Independant toilet
- Bathroom with shower
- Second room with closet and 2 double beds (bunk)

Apartment can welcome up to 6 guests.

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED / NO PETS

All the apartement is at your disposal

We are available at any time if needed.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Feel free to ask if you have any question ! Cleaning, beds linen and towels are included.

A beautifully presented apartment in a perfect location

A stylish and superbly well designed apartment. Great use of space, with plenty of room for 6 guests. Ski from the front door, handy boot room on the ground floor. Quiet at night, close to all amenities. Exceptionally clean too! Only that we had to leave!

Un appartement parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel dans un emplacement de choix à Avoriaz à proximité de toutes commodités. Une boulangerie en face, une superette à deux pas, les cours de ski tout à côté. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Location d un apart 6 pers. Très bien située proche du parking, ensoleillé le matin, grand espace, cuisine bien équipée, chambre literie nickel, douche chaude pour tous, TV murale amovible très bien, connexion internet parfait.
