"There may have been a communication or language barrier, attempt to reach the host through Expedia in regards to check in, were not responded to. Reaching out to the property management company was effective and they were able to be middle men so to speak relaying information from host but it took some time and a call back. Top Mosbruch Hotel Reviews

Race-Hotel zur Burg Nürburg

10/10 Excellent

"Si"

Nürburgring Congress Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The room was well appointed. I wish the air conditioning went a little cooler, but that was a common issue in Germany (not specific to this hotel). The room was very clean. The hotel offers an expensive laundry service, where they charge per article of clothing. We were traveling for a couple of weeks and needed to do a load of laundry so this was not an appropriate option for us. I wish they had self service laundry. The closest laundromat was almost an hour away."

MoselAlpen - schlafen & genießen

8/10 Good

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

Hotel Villa Vie

8/10 Good

"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"
