"I stayed at The Giri Residence with two friends for four days in mid-July. The hotel and location were gorgeous. We wanted a relaxing stay for a holiday and to celebrate my 40th birthday. While the rooms and hotel were stunning, we felt that customer service was very disappointing. The staff were nice and polite but they were not very attentive.
