"We had a great relaxing weekend. The house was clean, we had a cute welcome basket, the house had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly to all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio in the mornings overlooking the lake. The boys loved all the games, the gumball machine, the ropes swings off the boat deck and making smores at night. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we'll be back!"

"I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I switched my mother from La Quinta to here because of their deplorable service and room condition. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The room was immaculate and so comfortable. I will always put my family here when they're in town."

"This is the second year in a row (anniversary trip in the same cabin) we have come here since we discovered it. We had such an amazing time. The cabin had every thing you could need. We were able to cook our own food and bbq. Catch our own fish. Nice fresh air. Adequate lighting at night. The bed was super comfy. The owners are super friendly and come to greet us in public ! Check in/out process is super easy. Honestly I really hated to leave. I cannot wait until next year when we go back !!!! "

"Relaxed by the pool. Went fishing- boat dock was nice. Everyone enjoyed it. Rooms were comfortable. "

"Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street has Allen wrenches for cheap, tighten the legs it’ll be good to go for awhile.main living room is very comfy, plenty of seating tv was great lots of selections, back of remote kept falling off. Half bath was a rodeo adventure After no one being able to stay on for 8 second, back to dollar general for a screwdriver, problem solved. Game room was absolutely amazing! Great lighting, tv again great selections. Lots of beds. Was only 5 of us on this stay so didn’t require using them, but was just amazing to see how this house would accommodate a church group or larger family gathering. And lemme tell ya, the AC in there will freeze you out. Going to feel great for any who plan on staying in August and September.Pool was lovely, but too cold this trip next time for sure. Don’t trust the cat! He’s not really starving. We being suckers fell for his nightly screaming, I’m starving at the back sliding door. Overall great property, could use a little TLC and some respect from future guests."

"Although the property is under renovation, none of it tainted my overall experience. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were happy, energetic, and they really enhanced everything about my stay. Also, the price of my stay was reasonable."
