This is a great location, staff very helpful & nice, beds comfortable. Bathroom not clean, needs updating, overall cleanliness needs improvement. Ice machine broken. Was not worth the price.

Not great

Not great…no AC and it was hot! No outlets in the main room, hair dryer didn’t work, strong musty smell, uncomfortable bed, fridge didn’t work, sink sprayed water EVERYWHERE, leftover hair on towels and there was hair on the bathroom floor…this was not the best experience.

Convenient to the university, close to shopping and eateries. Otherwise a bit rundown, showing its old age. Rooms are fairly clean, but rundown looking and cheap furnishings, very bad chair (uncomfortable). Door askew, window wont latch, so unsecured. Poor A/C. Pool unusable w/ algae. Overpriced for the low quality.

They put us in a room that had no air conditioning , and also the bed was very uncomfortable , also the the fridge is very small ( the freezer was full of frost so it was hard to put anything in it ) area to hang clothes was very small , and microwave was sitting on top of the fridge and unstable , very noise from the street as well as the dogs barking outside of the room

Stay Away!

I was under the impression that this property had been updated and improved since being under new owner ship. Boy was I wrong! The first room they put us in had no curtains. So we were moved. The "kitchenette" room was not at all as advertised. Had to ask for the coffeemaker and the hot plate. The toilet was unstable and moved every time we sat down. Paint peeling off the walls and dirty bathroom tiles. And the final straw was no water pressure (barely a drip) when we wanted to shower in the morning. Was told just to wait a while because too many people were showering at the same time. For $250 a night I expect much better. We checked out and went elsewhere.

After our first night in the hotel, I knew this wasn't for us. The pool was crazy noisy. Guests were blasting music -even after being asked to stop. The tv didn't work properly. In the morning, a pool of water had accumulated beneath the ceiling vent and the light no longer worked in the bathroom. We were moved to another room where the tv did work and only a little water dripped from the ceiling vent. On the final night of our stay, the AC completely stopped working and I slept terribly before needing to make the 6 hour drive home with kids. Ug. I will not stay here again.

On Satuday (8/13), the person who was checking us in took a picture of our drivers license and said that he will type in that number on the system later. I initially thought that it was some sort of a mobile app that they are using for faster check in. When I asked them if this was a personal device, they said it is. I told them that it is illegal to take a picture of the drivers license of some body else in their personal phone and advised them to delete it right in front of me. As I was conversing, there was another lady who was behind me said that she was concerned with the same practice. I woudl really advise the hotel managment to educate the staff about Privacy laws and protection of Personally Identifiable Information records.

The room was filthy and shower was not clean.Wayne offered us another room we declined because we were off to work that evening and had already loaded our suitcase’s and gear.To the owners ,you may want to rethink the way you track clean rooms and dirty rooms.It ain’t hard.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy. So disgusting that I left without staying. But they charged me almost $400 anyway. Have been calling daily for a week and getting the runaround. A manager never calls me back and the staff at the front desk refuses to give me the phone number for corporate. Very disappointed in this establishment.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. First night we stayed was in a room that was on a maintenance hold. Lights in the bathroom weren’t even working. The next day we were moved to a new room. The shower leaked and flooded into the main room underneath the bathroom wall.

Staff service was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our three night stay. Property is a little run down and in need of additional repair. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. Room was quiet and convenient to local shopping dining and WSU.

The room we were put into originally, the hot water in the shower wouldn’t work. So they switched me to a new room. That room, the tv kept cutting out, and the ac was broke. Staff was great and accommodating though.
