✔ We’re located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, and we appreciate your cooperation with our parking guidelines:
Please use the space in front of 221 N. Asbury for parking, as each home’s frontage is informally reserved for the respective homeowner.
✔ The parking area behind the property is designated for guests staying in the upper unit, ensuring everyone has their own convenient space.

Shared Space Considerations
Our property is thoughtfully designed to offer flexible rental options, accommodating a variety of group sizes and budgets. You can choose to rent the entire home for maximum privacy or rent just the lower or upper unit separately.
However, please note the following:
✦ When renting only the lower level, there may be guests staying in the upper unit, which has a separate entrance and parking accessed via stairs at the back of the property.
✦ Only guests renting the entire home or the lower level have access to the hot tub. Guests walking to and from the upper unit may pass near the hot tub area.
✦ As the property is shared, you may hear some noise from guests in the upper unit.
✦ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m.-7 a.m. We prioritize respecting privacy and maintaining clear communication to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
