We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! "Reasonable cost but it's their policy to have nobody at the front desk to ask for help and no breakfast options. Communication through the third party (Expedia) app was 5 days late. So it was useless. This would have been a massive problem if my very experienced GF who travels for a living hadn't figured out a way to contact the main office and ask for directions on how to get in.
