The rooms are a bit outdated, a few things were falling apart, while I was bathing on my second day, the extractor fan in the bathroom popped which took out the power in the whole room however it was quickly resolved. "Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with cockroaches present, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided in the shower. This stay was far below acceptable standards in terms of service, organization, and hygiene."
