Enjoy your time overlooking the lake with 75' of lake access. property is on 1 acre and fully gated. Boat dock and decks overlook this beautiful lake. The living room is surrounded by windows so the view from inside is amazing. Main house is 3 bedroom 2 bath with a garage. The property also has an apartment available: 1 bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, tv , washer and dryer. Guests have access to the garage next to the guest house. This has been converted to a game room to include a dart board, foosball table and smart tv. There are water toys (3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards)for you to enjoy. Enjoy fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing. 1.5 miles from sand dunes with miles of riding available. We are located exactly .5 miles from Moses Point Golf course and 1 mile from the Country club course. Dining available at both golf courses. We are 20 minutes from mardon, the gorge amphitheater and crescent bar!!!! Snow skiing or snow boarding at mission ridge is one hour away! Our property offers a large amount of parking for toys and cars that is fully gated!!!! Garage converted into a game room with foosball, darts and a large smart Tv! Come relax, sit back and have some fun!

5 Star Outside Area!!
Let me start by saying the outside space was amazing! Beautiful green grass, large flat shady space in the front of the house for playing lawn games. Back deck is huge made of composite decking with ample seating (all different types). Dock and waterfront seating area is also composite and very spacious with lots of space for water toys and fishing. We had a wonderful time with family ages 1-80 years old playing in the sun. We were somewhat disappointed with the inside space. The central air conditioning in the house did not work efficiently, the weather was 90-100 degrees, in the house it was 85+ degrees. The owner did come by to change out the filter, we tried adding two portable window AC units but it didn't help much. The grill was extremally dirty and greasy, we had to spend time cleaning the grates and the side shelves before we could even cook. We were able to grill some chicken before the grill caught on fire, after that we just used the smoker. The main coffee pot was SLOW, 40 minutes to brew a pot! Hairdryer listed, couldn't be found in any of the bathrooms. Corn hole games, there were two there both broken. Outside the front door in the eves were 3 hornets nests, the owner did come spray them the day after we reported them. The only way to get out of the lake are a set of stairs that aren't attached properly, very unsafe. The cottage stayed nice and cool but we found the sheets had not been cleaned from the previous stay.

We stayed at the house for 3 days and it had everything we needed. The best part was that there was water toys included. Lisa was also really fast at replying and helped us with all of our questions. She was a great host. We will definitely book with her again. 10/10

Perfect Lakside getaway for any family
Our kids and dogs loved this vacation almost more than we did! The property is perfect! I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! We played in the Lake all day and bbq’d and played games at night. Was wonderful

Lisa was so accommodating! Our entire family loved the beautiful house. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and spices. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect with pillows, blankets, and hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kids loved the game room, water toys and board games. Perfect lakefront stay!
We had such a wonderful time at this property. The paddle boat was a hit for all! Great for entertaining on the large deck. Gated property for pets was just what we needed! Beautiful landscaped yard and sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The inside was set up perfectly for several families, especially with the bonus Mother in law house with game room. Everything you need was there! We would love to come back and stay again.

Immaculate home with everything you'd need, from board games to water toys. Fenced yard is secure and great for dogs. We loved sitting by the firepit with moon reflecting off the frozen lake. Fairly quiet and convenient location. Would definitely visit here again in warm weather. With three bedrooms AND a separate apartment, this is a great value

The house was perfect for my family birthday celebration and small wedding! The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the beds were ultra soft and comfortable, home owners were amazing to work with....I can't rave enough! Our family of eight had a wonderful time start-to-finish at this beautiful lakefront home. The huge deck — and the views — were amazing, and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the use of the adjacent guest house (with an extra fridge) and the game room there was a nice bonus as well. Even though it was blistering hot a few of the days we were there (up to 109 degrees one day!) the AC worked flawlessly and we were very comfortable while inside. Doug snd Lisa we’re super to deal with and very accommodating. A 5-star experience!

Perfect Summer Lake House
This house has everything you need for the most relaxing stay. We spent hours on the lake each day between lazing about in a float, swimming, and fishing off of the dock. After, we would head up to the well stocked and furnished house for some amazing dinners and later smores around the fire. This was such an incredible week and we are looking forward to going back and doing it all again!
