"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ivris from housekeeping was helpful & polite giving us fresh towels since we opted for the green initiative (less cleaning). Diego & Carolina at reception were helpful with the HX mixup with our reservation so we did not end up homeless in Reykjavik. We love that bus stop #12 is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a hot tub to relax in after long days of excursions. Would also appreciate a little bigger tv in the room. A beautiful Iceland scenery picture or Icelandic art work can brighten up the room. Our standard room has many blank walls. Maybe time to refresh the beds. Airport shuttle may also be a nice service for guests."

"We arrived by 11am in the morning and the staff let us check in at 12:30 with out extra charge. Although Check in starts at 3pm. The staff is very friendly and welcoming."

"A quaint small hotel with amazingly helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast and ambiance. Located with easy access to the highway and local eateries, grocery and even a beautiful waterfall just a short walk from the hotel. Glad I chose this location and hotel!!!"
