I had a wonderful stay. The staff were endlessly courteous, friendly and helpful. The location in the middle of Moshe was great. It is a great location for walking around the town. The roof top bar was a joy to sit at and see the sunset and mount kilimanjaro. The food was delicious and beautifully served

Great hotel in the middle of town. The restaurant is handy, serves beautiful breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly recommend. Front desk and staff could not do enough, nothing was inconvenient for them.

Probably the nicest in Moshi. Room are clean and sufficient and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a very noisy area thou and you are close to a temple and can hear the call to prayer.

Excellent hotel with best rooftop restaurant

I stayed here prior to a Mt. Kilimanjaro climb and it seemed to be the nicest hotel in downtown area. It was very clean, the views of Mt. Kili were SPECTACULAR, the staff was so very kind and helpful. The best part is the rooftop restaurant. The surrounding downtown area doesn’t have many good food options so this was a life saver. Not only were the views of Mt. Kili beautiful but the menu is very extensive with delicious food! I normally avoid hotel restaurants when traveling but this one is an exception - why go elsewhere when you have the best where you are?

The property was good. We were expecting a more luxurious hotel however everyone was so nice and treated us amazing. Breakfast was great. The roof top give the hotel the great vibes and food scenery.

I had a wonderful stay at Kibo Palace Hotel Moshi. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were both welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The on-site restaurant was a standout: the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I never had to look for dining options elsewhere. Whether you’re in Moshi for hiking, especially around Mount Kilimanjaro, or exploring other activities in the region, this hotel offers the comfort, convenience, and service every traveler needs. Highly recommended!
