"Every staffs were s friendly and helpful during our stay. The area around was so quiet and relax. Our room was surprisedly neat and spacious, we have enjoyed much during our anniversary stay. One thing, per my request, it was our first time in Furano to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It might be nice if the hotel could offer a little gift for our stay."

"Spacious and very close to slopes. Tucked away at edge of Kitanomine side which made it quiet and easy to park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was washer/dryer. English directions for how to use everything. Would definitely stay again!"

"The lobby and facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of space to move around, which made for a very comfortable stay. "We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
