When our TV malfunctioned, she arranged a room change immediately. We also requested extra towels, which were provided promptly, along with daily housekeeping. The hotel itself is spotless, in a very safe area, and perfectly located just steps from the train station, supermarket, and excellent restaurants. Everything about the stay felt smooth, comfortable, and well cared for. A couple of minor upgrades — new mattresses and updated shower stalls — would make it even better, but overall this was an exceptional stay and we would happily return."
