Holiday Apartment "Edelweiss" on a Mountain Farm with Balcony, Garden and Sauna

The family-run Seppnerhof in the Pfelder Valley, a side valley of the rear Val Passiria, houses a farm, a mountain cheese dairy and 2 modern holiday apartments. Centrally located in the idyllic village, surrounded by steep mountain slopes and a lot of untouched nature, this farm is ideal for people seeking relaxation, hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.



The 75 m2 large, very tastefully and modernly furnished apartment "Ferienwohnung Edelweiss" has a living room with natural wood elements, a sofa bed for 2 persons and dining area, a well equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with 4 single beds as well as a bathroom with natural stone tiles, double washbasin, shower and toilet, and offers space for 8 persons.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi and a television with satellite reception. As a special service, fresh bread rolls are delivered daily. A breakfast service is also available for a fee.



Outside there is a large wooden balcony with seating for your exclusive use. The fresh mountain air and the overwhelming panorama helps to relax from the hectic pace of everyday life and allows visitors to recharge their batteries.

The farm has a large community garden with sandpit, pedal tractor and much more - ideal for a family holiday in the mountains.

And there's no shortage of fun for adults either: there is a charming, free-standing sauna that is available to all guests in common.



The farm has its own farm shop and offers tasty regional and self-produced products. There is also a supermarket right next door, and several restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and only a few minutes' walk away.

For fans of winter sports:

The Pfelders mountain railways start only 350 m away. There are also two ski lifts to give beginners an easy start into the winter sports fun.
