"Everything about this hotel was excellent, a clean room with deep soaker tub and view of the Nile (executive room). All the staff from reception to housekeeper to lifeguard were pleasant and helpful beyond belief, I have never felt so pampered. The executive lounge was wonderful for food, snacks and drinks, all staff courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel."

It is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to reach business districts, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Cairo’s most popular attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, the location is hard to beat. The hotel has also been newly renovated, and it really shows. The lobby, hallways, and rooms feel fresh, modern, and well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning works perfectly, which is especially important during Cairo’s hot weather, and the Wi-Fi is fast, reliable, and strong throughout the hotel, making it easy to work, stream, or stay connected with family and friends. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. "We had a fantastic stay at the White Swan Hotel. Located on the 5th floor, the experience begins the moment you step off the elevator—the space is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-designed. Honestly, the amenities here rival, and in some cases exceed, those of the major big-brand hotels. Everything about the decor and facilities feels fresh and modern. One of our favorite parts was the breakfast experience: you simply select what you’d like, and it is delivered directly to your room. It felt like a true luxury to enjoy such an extensive menu without having to leave our space. The staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our trip. They were very diligent about cleaning whenever we requested it, which truly made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Just a small note for future travelers: the air in the area can be a bit dusty, so you might notice surfaces accumulate dust a little more quickly than usual, but it didn't take away from the quality of the stay at all. We would definitely stay here again!"
