"The hotel is really nice and the majority of the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Messaging with the hotel prior to the stay was not good and they do not seem to have a system in place to be responsive unless you call guest services. On one hand that is nice but the convenience of quick messaging has become standard at most hotels at this price point. That said most things about the hotel including the staff interactions and their responsiveness was fantastic. There has clearly been efforts to improve the offerings and presentation of the breakfast in the Imperial Club and that was very nice! The staff in the Club are always super friendly! I encountered a rude gentleman at the front desk when I tried to simply drop my keys and say I was checking out but his co worker stepped in to be nice which was appreciated."
