The staff at this property were very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful - couldn't ask for better. The room was okay - good sized, good A/C, and good lighting. It just could have been a little cleaner on the floors and baseboards. It had small fridge (no freezer), microwave, no carpet. But also no hair dryer, no luggage rack, no comfortable seating, and no daily housekeeping. We were there 3 nights and had to take our used towels & washcloths to lobby desk to trade for clean ones each day. The bed was fairly comfortable to sleep on but made a loud metallic popping noise every time we got on or off it. Breakfast bar consisted of make-your-own-waffles with syrup (no butter), biscuits & gravy, and a couple choices of cold cereal & milk, orange & apple juices, and coffee. We discovered the 2nd day that they also have tea bags and instant oatmeal packets in a closet that you could ask for. There was a Waffle House just across the parking lot, a gas station convenience store across the highway, and a short drive to a lot of shopping and restaurants. For anyone needing it, they are pet friendly with a small fee.

Professional staff. The owners are amazing! The rooms are spacious love the work space and desk. I would definitely recommend. Check out the weekly monthly rates very reasonable.

An evening in Moss Point

The bathroom area could have been cleaner. Brown spots on door were disgusting. Twice during the night, the alarm went off on the car outside our window. Made for a poor night's sleep. Bed was made of springs and squeaked with every movement. Front office was very friendly and helpful.

It was okay. No bugs. Good price. The room inside had some recent updates. Somebody needs to take a Magic Eraser or something to the doors and doorjambs - they were filthy. The outside could use some maintenance. Some "guests" are living here.

You get what you pay for it’s not a terrible hotel the staff are nice and all but you can tell there’s a lot of long term residents and drug issues around. The original room we got wasn’t cleaned for us and when we got a new one the towels were dirty and the room smelled odd. It’s not terrible but definitely isnt as good as the pictures

High hopes not realized.

We stayed in room 103. The good: No critters. Bed was clean. Surrounding area was quiet. New sink, counters, hard flooring, blackout curtains, fresh paint. The bedding was good. Mattress was comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant. The bad: Floors were not clean. A damp swiffer would have made it better. Because they took the carpet out, you can hear the little kids above you chasing each other at midnight. The towels were laundered, but permanently stained. They say they have recently remodeled. New paint, but it looks like underlying issues were not fixed, just painted over. Stains in the bathroom walls and shower. Hand rails not properly cleaned and sealed. Build up in the drain. Worst of all, the pedestal the mattress sits on makes you feel like you are in a thunderstorm. Rolling over or getting in or out triggers a “boom or bang.” The pedestal is made sheet metal. Ever shaken a a piece of sheet metal to simulate thunder? That’s the sound. And you can hear bangs faintly it from the rooms around you. The frame around the picture at the headboard cuts across at a bad location if you are trying to watch TV in bed. The recent high reviews gave us high hopes. Sadly, our experience did not live up to them. Maybe we just got a room that was neglected.
