"Séjour d’une semaine à Formiguères qui s’est très bien et très vite passé! La maison est très agréable à vivre, un séjour assez spacieux ça fait plaisir! Les chambres sont munies de rangements suffisamment grands pour ranger les affaires surtout les vêtements de ski !La famille qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa et réactive, on a pu visiter également leur bergerie, les enfants ont adoré! Merci pour l’accueil, je recommande vivement!"

"We had a wonderful 10-day stay with family in this charming home nestled in the middle of lush green mountains. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with a river nearby, a playground for the kids, and a nearly private swimming pool that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The weather was lovely, and there are plenty of great hiking and walking spots close by. "Visited in summer. Arrived by bus. 5min walk from bus in centre of Font Romeu. 10min walk to small Carrefour and also to Telecabine. Lots of restaurants close. Reception lady was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Basic accommodation with bunk beds and sofa bed. Induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Only bad part was smoking allowed on balconies which enters your room, if next door and you have the door open."

"Maison très agréable fonctionnelle (2 terrasses), il ne manque rien, cadre magnifique, si vous recherchez la quiétude vous êtes au bon endroit. Piscine au top. Idéale pour une grande famille (nous étions 11), petits villages aux alentours magnifiques. Très bon accueil par la famille D'Huyvetter-Jacob qui sont pleins d'empathies et à dispositions. Une bouteille de vin et un jus fruit en guise de bienvenue très apprécié."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. In beautiful surroundings with a rustic charm but with fantastic modern rooms. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you and were bilingual, which was a big help for me. Effortlessly conversing in English and German. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and the TV a nice big size. The restaurant was fabulous and every meal I had there was delicious. I loved the outside areas too, either cooling off in the pool, reading a book in the tranquil gardens or having a coffee next to the river. The perfect stay!"

"A nice, good value hotel in a great location for walking, medieval towns and the Yellow Train. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the spa was closed while we were there (staffing problems). The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable although our shower was a bit cramped and awkward to use."

"The hosts are lovely, the parking was great and the space charming. The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. A great location to drive to the various sites in the region."
