The house really a family home that you are staying in, so really felt like a home from home as does have everything you could need, which included all you could want in the kitchen and so many toys and games that our 18 month old grandaughter did not stop for 10 days. "Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine autour du 1er de l'an dans ce coin magnifique et cette maison très comfortable avec super bain nordique et piscine pour se rafraichir. Très bon acceuil, hotes très sympas. Le cadre est superbe. Nous avons fait des balades dans les environs, très peu fréquentés à cette période, avons même pris un bain à une cascade dans la rivière (certainement beaucoup plus fréquentée en été). Thermes malheureusement fermées, mais le bain nordique a bien compensé."

"Hemos estado muy a gusto, con un patio fantástico para poder ir con tu mascota. El propietario era muy agradable y en todo momento estuvo disponible para resolver nuestras dudas. Lo único, hay un ligero olor de la fosa séptica, pero totalmente soportable. Las vistas preciosas, el entorno para senderismo y ruta de vinos genial. Volveremos sin duda!! muchas gracias!!!"

"A beautiful modern property the property is well equipped for your stay. The property is in a well elevated position and up a small road but easy to find and greeted by your charming hosts Elisabeth and Pierre. There are shops nearby but not close enough to walk to but that was not a problem for us."

"We really enjoyed our stay close to Castelnou. Very remote and relaxing. Description very valid, as upper maisonnette bedroom cannot accessed by toddlers or elderly, narrow stairs. Ants and mosquitos were there but not so many. Do not leave food openly in the kitchen over night. Equipment perfect. We loved the plancha! Would highly recommend the Villa!"

"Great location and a nice traditional comfortable villa with lots of space for all of us and really well stocked. The outside of the villa looks a little in need of repair in places but very chic and in keeping with the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to water restrictions but it looked great - also had a few issues with power cuts but they were resolved really quickly by the caretaker and hosts. "The Villa is set in a quiet valley, with easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, vineyards and the many historical places to visit. We loved our car tour around the Cathar castles perched on hilltops and a walk up to (if not in places, scramble) the castle ‘ Peyrepeteuse’ with simply amazing views. "Comme nous vous l avons dit nous avons été trompés par la propriétaire sur l environnement de la location soit disant sans voisins. Malgré toutes les preuves écrites comme quoi elle nous rembourserait nous avons été spoliés de 2 nuits avec l assentiment d Abritel Ce qui nous a fortement déçu"

"La casa es como en las fotos. Muy cómoda y muy agradable. Con muchos detalles que la hacen muy acogedora. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para una estancia con todo el confort. Cocina equipada, zona exterior para relax y cenador muy coqueto . La casa está a las afueras de Vernet, alejada de ruidos y rodeada de naturaleza y las montañas. Está justo a los pies del Canigó. Y es un punto fantástico de inicio de rutas saliendo a pie desde la casa.Y a la vez muy bien situada para visitar otros pueblos...

"We had a lovely week long stay with the family. The villa is really well equipped, very clean and modern inside with everything you need including pool towels for all 5 of us. Plenty of sun beds too. We bbq’d most nights. Two bikes that we made good use of as well. Thoroughly recommend for a relaxing holiday.
