Buen hotel y entorno. Mala atención

Buena instalación y magnífico entorno. Lastima que la dirección no esté a la altura del establecimiento. Falta total de organización. No tenían nuestra reserva. El desayuno desorganizado, esperando en la barra de la cafetería sin saber en que consistía. Tuvimos que limpiar nuestra propia mesa. Todo ello por ahorro de personal cuando el hotel estaba lleno. Para mi, nefasta gestión en lo que concierne a la orientación al cliente.

La verdad tiene mucho que mejorar. Con respecto a las instalaciones un poco descuidadas pero lo peor es el servicio. Cenamos él sábado y tenían el comedor cerrado y en su lugar tenían preparada barbacoa que nos recomendaron. El servicio desesperante, la comida horrible y precio como hotel de 4 estrellas. Para no repetir la experiencia

Bien comunicado, limpio y con un buen desayuno.

Hotel en un sitio muy bien comunicado. En el centro del pueblo, desde donde se puede hacer fácilmente excursiones. Tiene un bar muy majo con los precios contenidos. Quizás un poco ruidoso (el bar). Pero las habitaciones, aunque tienen un mobiliario antiguo, están bien conservadas y limpias. En el desayuno nos dieron zumo de naranja natural, todo un punto a su favor. El personal amable, pero sin servilismos. Volveremos
