"Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht aufgrund der Nähe zum Addo Park. Die Unterkunft selbst ist toll, das Personal sehr bemüht. Wir sind sehr früh abgereist aufgrund des Fluges und uns wurde ein schönes Frühstückspaket vorbereitet. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, eine landestypische Unterkunft, die dennoch die „Vorstellungen“ eines Europäers erfüllt. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch ca 1 std mit dem Auto von Port Elizabeth entfernt und man muss kurz hinter PE durch ein recht unsicher wirkendes Gebiet...
"Conveniently located near the N2 road to Port Elizabeth and very close to the south entrance of Addo Elephant park. The B&B is beautifully presented, comfortable, clean, quiet and lovely hosts who make you feel welcome and at home. In the morning I was surprised to be right by the river, eating a lovely cooked breakfast on the decking outside. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you "
"Die Unterkunft lag perfekt, um den Addo Elephant Park zu besuchen. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Wir haben den Park mit dem eigenen PKW besucht und hatten einzigartige Momente dort mit Elefanten, Zebras und vielen anderen Tieren. "
"Lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Addo. Rooms are huge and the bathroom is lovely, especially the outdoor shower. Only downside is there is no door so the light comes in as soon as the sun rises.
10-15 min drive to Addo, not much in the local area.
Breakfast was good, buffet selection and eggs cooked to order. Nice pool with towels and sunscreen provided which was a nice touch."
"My family and I had a very comfortable 3-night stay at Happy Lands and visited Addo Elephant Park each day. On arrival, we were welcomed by the lovely host family to a very peaceful setting. The cottage patio looks onto beautiful gardens with mature trees. My husband wasn’t able to join us on this holiday, and we’ve already decided that we’d love to visit again to show him the farm. "
"Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Manager Eduan und Freddie tun alles, um einen rundum entspannten Aufenthalt sicher zu stellen. Rund 10 Fahrminuten zum Haupttor des Addo-Parks. Das Essen, gerade auch das Frühstück, war ausgezeichnet. Und auch wir hatten das Glück, an allen drei Abenden beim Abendessen von Eddie und seinem Klavier begleitet zu werden. " Our Location and the Condition of the House is Excellent we had a great Day for three Days and enjoyed everyday. Watching the Sea with Dolphins and Nice Sundowners. Michele , was very Friendly and we had great conversations with her. the breakfast was Delicious and She She served everyday something different.
